Steel and plastic profiles

Designed for forming grooves and chamfers into concrete elements

These profiled strips are specially designed for forming grooves of varying shapes and sizes into concrete elements during casting. They are available in steel, plastic and rubber and can be obtained either with or without integrated magnets.

Our product range:

Magnetic holders for pipes and holes

For making Holes and recesses in concrete element production

These BGW-Magnetic holders are designed for making different types of holes and recesses into concrete elements.

Our product range:

  • BGW-Recess former
    • a cone shaped steel frame which also acts as the mould
    • a reliable activating mechanism
  • BGW-Magnetic holder HM4-R
    • For attaching pipes to steel formers
    • Use with: Columns, beams, ceilings, walls etc.

Formwork system with a steel profile and inbuilt attaching system

A formwork system that contains everything for setting concrete elements

This BGW –formwork system can be obtained for various different solutions such as the casting of filigran, sandwich, façade, column and slab concrete elements.

The formwork can be constructed for continuous production or for situations demanding flexibility with frequently changing element sizes. The fixing mechanism can be made to work manually or operated by robot.

The light and safe slot former system has inbuilt magnets and a plastic PU body.

For the production of wall and ceiling elements

This magnetic system is constructed especially for forming grooves, e.g. montage slots, and for raising up shutterings. The profile consists of a polyurethane body with magnetic inserts at its bottom and the body is made more rigid with a pipe inserted during the setting of the profile. Depending on the length, a hollow body material is pured in. So the weight can be hold low, and the stability is better. This makes the handling of even big profiles extremely easy and increases the reliability.

HM3 magnetic holder and suitable profiles

For making gaps in the element at the concrete element factory

The HM3 system is designed for making e.g. doors, windows and holes.

The system is comprised of the HM-3 magnetic clamp, HM3-profiles and release levers.

The complete formwork system with formwork profile and integrated magnets for fix the system onto casting bed in pre-cast production plant.

Magnetic formwork systems are broken down as follows:

  • Formwork Systems
    • Formwork System HM3
      • Formwork system with magnets and U-profiles
    • Slot Former System HM12
      • Lightweight system for forming grooves etc.
    • Formwork System HM13
      • Formwork system with steel profiles and integrated magnets
    • Recess and Tube Magnets
      • Different magnets for forming holes and recesses
    • Moulding Profiles
      • With Moulding Profiles is possible to forming the cha

A lightweight side magnet

For securing wood and metal formwork during concrete setting.

The HM18-Magnetic clamp is especially well suited for securing both wooden and metal formwork while making concrete elements. Window and door frames made from wood and steel can be secured by preventing any sideways movement.

The formwork can be attached to the magnet at a right angle by using either screws or nails.

Benefits and specifications of the HM18-Magnetic clamp

Side magnets with various mould attachments and release levers

For securing wooden formwork during concrete setting.

BGW-Magnetic holders, or magnetic side rails press the wooden mould tightly against mould table preventing any sideways movement during concrete setting. Once the concrete has hardened the magnetic holders are removed and the moulds can be dismantled.

As the handle is in the middle of the magnet, exact placing can be made with ease.
The structure of the magnet body adjusts unevenness of the formwork without loss of adhesion.
