This BGW –formwork system can be obtained for various different solutions such as the casting of filigran, sandwich, façade, column and slab concrete elements. The formwork can be constructed for continuous production or for situations demanding flexibility with frequently changing element sizes. The fixing mechanism can be made to work manually or operated by robot.

For attaching internally threaded anchors to formworks

Plastic holding discs are especially suited for attaching internally threaded anchors such as threaded anchors, wave anchors, socket anchors etc. to wood or veneer formworks. The holding disc in nailed to the formwork after which the anchor is screwed into place.

For fixing internally threaded anchors to formworks

The HM4 magnetic holder system is especially suited for fixing internally threaded anchors e.g. threaded anchors, wave end lifting anchors, socket anchors etc. to steel formworks. Neodymium magnets guarantee a strong hold even with small surface coverage. The screw-on parts are either interchangeable or fixed, depending on the model. The strength of the magnet is also adjustable.
